STEP ONE Choose your favorite design, contact us, and tell us a little more about yourself and your project. We’ll then email (or mail, if requested) our brochures with more detailed technical information.

STEP TWO If you’re ready to move forward, schedule a phone consultation. Before the consultation, we’ll send you a link to our online questionnaire. We’ll ask that you complete it before the phone consultation, because it will help us assess your program needs and determine which service option (Just the Plans, Plans Plus, or Turnkey) best suits your program.

STEP THREE During your scheduled phone consultation, we’ll go over your completed questionnaire, answer your questions, and provide a close estimate for total costs.

STEP FOUR We’ll prepare a contract with specific pricing as determined from your choice of service option (Just the Plans, Plans Plus, or Turnkey) and additional consultation fees, if required. Contracts are typically received within one week from your phone consultation.

HOW TO OBTAIN YOUR BLACKBURN greenbarnTM

STEP FIVE If you’re ready to move forward with obtaining your Blackburn greenbarnTM, let us know by sending us a nonrefundable 10% deposit (amount is indicated on contract) along with a copy of the signed contract.

STEP SIX  After receiving your deposit and signed contract, we’ll send you a Starter Kit with elevations, an architectural perspective rendering, floor plans, a materials list, and more details about preparing to build. Once you’ve reviewed the kit and feel comfortable, Indicate your desire to move forward by sending the remaining payment in full for Just the Plans or a 40% deposit (to total 50%) if you’ve chosen Plans Plus or Turnkey. This is the last step for those who choose Just the Plans.

STEP SEVEN For Plans Plus and Turnkey, we’ll send you drawings at 50% completion for your review. Once you approve and submit the remaining 50% of the payment, we will finalize and send the drawings for you to provide to the builder.
