Barn packages do not include additional costs associated with Site Utilities, Civil & Other Consultant Fees, Earthwork & Stormwater Management, Roadways, Paddocks & Fencing, Landscaping, Planting & Soil Treatment, Furniture & Equipment, Voice, Data, Telecom & Security.  Additionally, any estimated costs provided do not include customized design changes made during the Blackburn greenbarnsTM design process unless explicitly stated as such. Blackburn Equestrian Design is not a professional cost estimator and as such has no control over the following: cost of labor, materials, and equipment; the contractor’s method of determining prices; competitive bidding and market conditions.  The opinions of probable cost provided within are made on the basis of our experience and qualifications. These opinions represent our best judgment as design professionals familiar with the construction industry. Blackburn Equestrian Design cannot and does not guarantee that proposals, bids, or construction costs will not vary from opinions of probable costs we prepare.
